The role of 1:1 Nursery Practitioner is offered on a part-time basis; you will be required to work 12 hours per week, Monday, Thursday and Friday 10am - 2pm TERM TIME ONLY

Children are at the heart of our nursery and through motivating learning opportunities we strive to develop children into confident, thoughtful learners who are happy, love learning,

Key Duties: Please note you will liaise with the child’s key worker on a daily basis and also communicate with his parents,
- To engage and extend the learning in an engaging manner on a day-to-day basis.
- Encourage and assist the child you are supporting in developing his independent skills, according to his EHCP alongside his key worker
- Assess and observe the child in their learning
- To ensure the child feels fully included with their peers at all times including snack and mealtimes
- To always ensure 1:1 child is given plenty of choices
- Early Years’ experience - Essential
- SEN experience - Essential
- Level 2 or 3 Childcare (or equivalent) - Preferred

Job Specifics:

- Start Date: ASAP
- Hours: 10am - 2pm Monday, Thursday & Friday TERM TIME ONLY

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 19 months
Part-time hours: 12 per week

**Salary**: £9.18-£10.00 per hour
