We're looking for a Baker to join the team at our Bakery HQ in Chipping Campden.

**The Role**:
We looking for a dedicated and passionate Baker to join our team, specialising Sourdough Bread production. You will play a crucial role in our bakery, preparing and baking a variety of baked goods and ensuring the quality that MOR Bakery is known for. The position requires early morning starts, between 1 and 3 am (Alternatively, Evening - Night shifts also available), and you will work either five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts per week.

**Responsibilities**:

- Baking a wide assortment of goods including cakes, cookies, pies, bread, and pastries.
- Following both traditional and modern recipes.
- Developing new and exciting bakery items to cater to seasonal demands and customer preferences.
- Managing inventory and restocking baking supplies as needed.
- Upholding the quality standards of MOR Bakery in all produced items.
- Maintaining a clean and safe workstation, complying with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience as a baker or relevant role.
- Ability to work early morning shifts, starting between 1 and 3 am on busier shifts. Evening - Night Shifts also available.
- Deep knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to multitask.
- Positive attitude and a passion for baking.
- Food handling certification is a plus.
