**Atlas Hotels** is hiring a **Purchasing Assistant** right now at our Central Office (travel to other locations will be required)

**So what does a Purchasing Assistant do?**
- Support the procurement function to co-ordinate the delivery of procurement solutions utilising procurement tools such as Procure Wizard, Project Plans, RFI’s/RFP’s
- Accountable for managing all procurement administration with business units, internal departments and suppliers
- Conduct spend data analysis reports to identify new procurement opportunities
- Track and report cost savings initiatives
- Develop, manage and maintain a supplier contracts database
- Provide support and occasionally manage ad-hoc procurement projects
- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders
- Co-ordinate contracts administration with internal and external teams
- Support the development of procurement tools such as supplier directory, RFI’/RFP’s, SOP’s and marketing materials where necessary with internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to drive continuous improvement
- Consistently deliver a high level of customer service
- Support Group wide initiatives, including ESG & Sustainability
**Experience Required**
- Prior experience in a supply chain and/or procurement/buyer position
- Demonstrable commercial and financial acumen
- Demonstrable experience of data analysis and presenting business relevant insights
- Experience of using Procure to Pay Solutions
- Experience of working within the Hospitality or Leisure industry preferred
- Experience of Project Co-Ordination
