Operations Manager - Education sector - Bristol/Taunton area - £40,000 per annum plus choice of company care or car allowance -52 weeks
My client is a contract catering company with a creative and passionate approach to catering within the Education sector.
An opportunity has arisen for an Operations Managerto oversee approx. 18 primary schools in and around the Bristol/M5/Taunton area
You will also be involved in training staff and troubleshooting aswell as assisting with mobilisation of new contracts.
My client is looking for someone with previous Area/Operations management experience within the education sector.You will have a genuine passion forfood, not necessarily be a qualified chef but you must be up to date with current food trends. You willbe confident training new starters and existing staff aswell as having previous experience of increasing sales in units. You will also be confident attending client meetings and potential clients.
Ideally you will come from a quality focused contract catering company and have multi site experience. Due to the nature of the role, you will ideally live in or close to the Bristol/Somerset area.
You will have effective communication skills and strong financial acumen. My client is looking for someone who is able to drive the business forward and manage your units effectively.
