Vacancy Overview:
A prestigious opportunity has opened up for a Partner to join our Commercial Property team in London. We are looking for a driven individual to develop client relationships, contribute to the growth of the department, and maintain high standards of client service.

Key Responsibilities:

- **File Management & Supervision**: Efficiently manage your own caseload, delegate work effectively, and ensure the profitability of matters. Oversee junior fee earners, providing guidance on file management and time recording.
- **Expert Legal Advice**: Act as the senior lawyer on complex matters, serving as a recognised expert in the field.
- **Client Relationships**: Build strong relationships with clients, exceeding service expectations, and supporting partners on larger key client matters where necessary.
- **Client Feedback**: Manage client review processes and implement improvements based on feedback.
- **Business Development**: Expand business into new sectors or increase market share within your area of expertise.
- **Thought Leadership**: Lead the creation of thought leadership initiatives based on legal changes, market trends, and other relevant insights to attract new opportunities.
- **Team Management**: Supervise the team, ensuring both financial and non-financial KPIs are met, using performance data to guide team growth and efficiency.

Skills, Experience, and Attributes:

- 8+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) at a leading national or regional firm.
- Extensive experience in all aspects of commercial property law, ideally including development.
- A demonstrated ability to grow and develop a team.
- Strong business development mindset with a focus on client acquisition and retention.

Pay: £98,495.00-£135,000.00 per year
