**Department**: **Region NCE > SBU NCE Service > Sub Supplier Management** You will become a part of Vestas North and Central Europe, which is a sales business unit covering Scandinavia, the UK, Ireland, Poland, the Baltics, Germany, and Benelux as well as Eastern Europe and South Africa. We are responsible for sales functions, projects, installation, and service of wind farms throughout these regions. We aim to be the No. 1 performing business unit within Vestas and we aim to make Vestas North and Central Europe the best place to work. You will be joining a team handling our Sub supplier Management. We act as a regional partner, with the objective of making all needed activities in administration, ordering, onboarding, governance, and supporting of sub-suppliers their core business, thereby supporting the regional organization. **Responsibilities**: - Regional responsible for PR/PO creation, GR, invoicing, and the governance thereof - Administration of phones, PCs, keys, etc. for sub-suppliers - Creation and maintenance of sub-supplier system profiles - Create and maintain a certification overview - Supporting local functions in potential claims against sub-suppliers - Ordering of sub-suppliers according to forecast and service need **Qualifications**: We believe that for you to be able to deliver and excel in your work, you should be able to identify yourself in the following: - Good IT skills in MS Office and required experience with SalesForce and SAP - Experience in a cross-functional, international setting and understanding of team dynamics **Competencies**: - Analytical, very structured, and have a good overview - Good communicator both orally and in writing - Able to handle a large contact area and a distinct personality - Good English skills, both written and oral - Good understanding of the process and a specific data discipline **What we offer**: This an exciting position with good opportunities in development professionally and personally.
