What matters to the people we support matters to us. It’s their life, their way.

You will be working in people’s homes, so it’s important you can connect, share interests and be interested.

Some people may like to stay up late and watch a film, listen to Music with a hot chocolate, or enjoy a relaxing bath before going to bed. For others, they may be early risers and want your support to get up and ready for the day ahead, and so your role will be to provide responsive support during the night and early morning as required.

If you enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support _with_ and _alongside_ people, then this is the place for you.

This vacancy is for 27.0 hours or 3 waking nights per week.

**What will you do?**

Supporting people is really important but it’s not all day trips and artwork. We also support people to take their medication, assist with personal care, make healthy lifestyle choices or maintain their home in a way they are safe and well.
