I Scream for Pizza, a slice of New York on Newcastle’s iconic Quayside is on the quest to find a dedicated and dynamic front of house supervisor to join our friendly and hardworking team.

Experience in supervising or duty management within the hospitality industry is desirable. An organised and mature approach to work is essential.

Job Summary

As Supervisor you will report to the General Manager and be responsible for supporting and assisting them. Working alongside the General Manager to maintain daily business activities, including overseeing staff, delivery high standard customer service and proactively and efficiently problem solving.

Main Responsibilities/Duties
- Assisting the General Manager in service, management duties, and the delegation of tasks
- Show genuine passion for hospitality and everything it entails, particularly the products we provide
- Consistently deliver superior customer service and hold all team members to this high standard
- Supervise, motivate, and direct staff
- Follow health and safety practices and complete all relevant paperwork
- Promote the “vibe” and service standards as laid out by the senior management team
- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene and health and safety
- Order and appropriately manage stock as and when required
- Respond to customer queries and complaints
- Proactive and efficient problem solving

30+ hours available, and a genuine opportunity to progress and grow within an expanding business. Weekend and evening work to be expected.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour
