**Description**:
Working in the Workforce Planning Team, we’re looking for a Workforce Planning Partner to join us on a permanent basis to provide end to end planning and service delivery, and make any adjustments within the operations team to optimise overall efficiencies.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Schedule and maintain shifts 8 weeks in advance for all Front and back office staff using workforce management systems.
- Co-ordinate the resourcing and planning to ensure that SLA’s are met.
- Manage time off requests for offline time, annual leave and absence.
- Produce forecasts of calls and offline workload to allow predictions of resource requirements both in the longer and shorter term.
- Accurate and up to date staff resource database maintained through Workforce Management.
- Ownership of planning meetings to track progress against business plan.
- Identify operational improvements and challenge where appropriate with key stakeholders.
- Production and delivery of resource reports including mid-year holiday tracking.
- Work closely with Real time to ensure operational plans and risks are understood each week.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Able to use workforce planning software and technology to create forecasts and calculate staffing requirements.
- Able to organise schedules for the contact centre and knowledge of workforce management and telephony systems.
- Sound analytical, numerical and grammatical skills, able to work under own initiative.
- Understanding of advanced forecasting methods, regressions analysis etc.
- Attention to detail and accuracy with good organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
