**Morrison Water Service **is currently looking to recruit** Metering General Operative **to work on our** WSP Yorkshire Water Contract **based on our** Normanton Depot**

As a** Trailer Team General Operative** your duties & responsibilities will include:

- Ensure all related activities/works are undertaken safely, in line with MWS procedures and industry best practice.
- Complete and follow comprehensive and detailed risk assessments.
- Set up site and remove site, within the code of practice.
- Demonstrate an excellent level of customer engagement/service
- Defect/damage reporting
- Working in highways with pedestrians and live traffic
- Maintain a clean and safe work site, vehicle and tooling
- Adhere to any relevant policies and procedures
- Escalates issues
- Support team and management

**Skills & Knowledge Requirement**
- Driving License
- Water hygiene card
- Water SHEA or CSCS
- Emergency First Aid
- Abrasive Wheels
- Manual Handling
- IT Literate
- Streetworks Operative

**Additional Information**
- You must possess a high degree of manual dexterity demonstrated using hand tools.
- You will be required to work outdoors in all weathers and be required to walk and stand on uneven ground.
- You must also be able to work within a confined space, without restriction.
