**Purpose of the role**:
As HR Business Partner, your main purpose will be to provide strategic support and innovative solutions to reflect customer need and maximise business performance through our people, focusing on leadership capability.

You will be supporting Stakeholders to identify opportunities to drive efficiency in structures, people and processes through commercial, experiential, and MI-informed decision making.

**HR Business Partner - Key Areas of Accountability**:

- Offer an independent and confidential service to all relevant stakeholders
- Set and maintain a consistently high level of service delivery through advice, influencing, facilitation, coaching and professional challenge to senior business partners.
- Understand and exploit opportunities to use HR MI to support and drive business change activity.
- Accurate internal and external business data reporting to drive management and strategic decision making.
- Signpost business partners to specialist functions of Training & Recruitment where appropriate and support the team by following up on outstanding actions
- Operate as a credible HR practitioner and brand ambassador taking a 'seat at the table' to influence strategic direction to include the people agenda in delivery of business objectives. ?
- Skilful and risk-managed execution of change initiatives through planning, consultation, coaching, challenge and support.
- Agile and legally compliant support for/ delivery of complex ER activity. Acting as a conduit for timely and considered specialist HR support provision.?
- Planful stakeholder involvement in Post implementation review of all HR activity ensuring learnings and efficiencies are applied in all future facing activity across Deeside.?

**Qualifications/Knowledge/Experience**:

- A level or equivalent educational qualification (minimum)
- Ideally CIPD qualified or equivalent
- Effective use of Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint
- Experience of using a variety of MI platforms to competently interrogate data
- Proven experience in an HR Business Partner role, preferably within an FMCG Head Office environment
