Guinness’ Supported Living Team are expanding We are looking for an additional **SENIOR SUPPORT WORKER** to join us in supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs to live meaningful lives.

Our services are rated as**Outstanding by CQC** and we are now helping more people than ever to live the life they want to live

**As a Senior Enabler you would be responsible for**:

- Supporting new and existing team members to deliver high standards of care and support.
- Work closely with the Team Manager to lead the team.
- Work in partnership with external agencies involved in the planning, provision and monitoring of support to customers.
- Ensure that customer care plans and risk assessments are followed and contribute to regular reviews of these plans
- Supervise and monitor staff performance
- Be fully aware of, and follow all policies and procedures

The successful applicant will be:

- Experienced as a Senior Carer / Support Worker or at least one year of experience of working within care or support work and be ready for a step up
- Qualified in NVQ/RQF Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or be working towards)
- Strong communication and IT skills.
