Vulnerable people facing complex life challenges need consistent and seamless support to ensure they remain engaged with vital health and wellbeing services - and to prevent them becoming disenfranchised and isolated.

  

Hours: 24 hours a week

**Salary**: £24,245.10 per annum (pro rata)

Based at: Parkland Place, Chorley, Lancashire



Role Purpose:
Provide high standard and quality of health care and therapeutic support to patients in accordance with Adferiad’s standards and clinical procedures in addition to Care Quality Commission (CQC) Regulatory Guidance. 



Work as part of a team under the supervision of qualified nurses and doctors.

Role accountability 



The role holder is responsible for providing a supportive role in the provision of medical treatment, appropriate therapeutic interventions and for contributing to the overall efficient and effective running of a shift. 



Functional accountability 



The role holder will have direct access support and guidance from the Residential Services Manager, Lead Nurse, and qualified Nurses at Salus Withnell Hall to ensure that the unit operates within internal and external policy and procedure(s) and other regulatory frameworks.
