**The Role**:
We are currently recruiting for a Designer to join this exciting business. The role will focus on the creation and delivery of high quality designs for our projects which mainly work across the education and residential markets. The role will report intothe Design Manager and be part of a team friendly of Designers. The role will also be the single point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders on assigned projects for design development.
About You:
You will have experience as a Designer working on timber frame, modular or off site products. You will be able to design and coordinate complex projects independently and have an awareness of structural engineering principles and CDM. You will enjoy workingas part of a team, be comfortable taking responsibility and be willing to contribute to finding innovative and more effective ways of working. Working knowledge of HSbCAD,WoodEngine, MBA, AutdoCAD Or Revit would be preferred.
