**Role Overview**:
**Thirteen Group** is on the lookout for **an innovative and collaborative asset professional to lead our Asset Management service. **This crucial role will ensure we provide good quality homes and places for our customers by exceeding service and regulatory expectations through delivery of the corporate and asset strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working within the Assets Senior Management team alongside Doug, Samantha, Phil, and Richard.
- Dedicated office Team Time one day a week helps us all stay connected whilst maintaining a healthy balance and flexible working patterns.
- You will have a wide scope of technical and operational responsibilities. This will involve leading the collection, management, and analysis of all asset data to enable; innovative investment plans; portfolio assessments; and other strategic asset management activity that drives long-term improvements to home quality.
- Energise and support all colleagues to live, breathe and deliver our customer service approach. Assist in solving customers’ problems and delight them with responsive, compassionate, seamless and connected experiences.
- In conjunction with Property Services and Development develop an organisation-wide approach to asset planning and management, maximizing the flow of data and information to sustainably manage the portfolio ensuring drive long-term value and performance improvements to the portfolio.

**About You**:

- We are looking for a great colleague who wants to work with us to deliver fantastic customer outcomes, with a bit of music and food chat, and fun along the way.
- You’ll be a passionate leader, who is self-motivated and proactive, with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience of asset, data and managing change, you’ll be confident understanding and interrogating data, information and reports to solve complex planning and building issues to ensure delivery of our ambitious targets and quality homes for customers.
- You’ll also have the skills to be able to present and provide practical solutions, whilst working to pressured timescales and cost deadlines.
- Your detailed understanding of regulatory requirements, investment planning, building standards and net-zero principles will be key.
- A current registered membership of an appropriate institute e.g. Chartered Institute of Builders, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (or working towards this).
