Our client is a pioneering force in the realm of Energy from Waste and resource management. They stand at the forefront of transforming waste into valuable assets, minimising landfill impact and ushering in a sustainable future.

They are looking for a part-time Project Planner to join their Energy from Waste project in Scotland.

**Project Planner Responsibilities**:
The project planner will be responsible for developing a tender programme for the construction of a new Energy from Waste (EFW) facility
The programme shall include all elements of Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning necessary to deliver the project
Working under the direction of our clients Civil Works Project Manager and consequently the Project Director for the overall Project planning.
Collaboration with the tendering team, project JV partner and supply chain.

**About you**:
Demonstrate previous experience in working on EFW projects or industrial projects of a similar scale. References could be asked.
Coming from an engineering background with past experience either working in a design or operational environment.
In depth technical knowledge of construction sequencing and processes in order to propose solutions and refine the programme to create efficiencies.
Confident in leading planning meetings/workshops and ability to communicate effectively with team members of varying disciplines and nationalities.
Motivated self starter who is able to work independently to achieve set objectives.
Fluent in Spanish or French would be valued but not essential.
