Interim Social Media Officer, Audiences and Media
Interim opportunity £520 a week

The Royal Opera House continues to lead the way in opera, ballet, music and dance both live on stage and through multiple digital platforms, from live streaming to worldwide cinema screenings. The Audiences and Media Department exists to grow engagement, advocacy and demand for the ROH's artforms and cultural output. We drive multi-faceted global campaigns to grow audience-generated revenues and communicate the vision of the Royal Opera House and its artforms.

With the growth of our digital content, this year the ROH will be expanding its streaming services. We now have a short term opportunity for c. 12 weeks to work with the organic Social Media team on the launch of the Digital Stage initiative. This role is integral to the success of the product launch through storytelling, driving interest and generating sales globally.
- Ability to contribute to the development and execution of a strong digital campaign for a new product launch.
- A good understanding of the digital landscape and how digital tools can be used to engage, build awareness, influence and generate income
- Experience of generating, gathering, and interpreting social media metrics
- Very good written and verbal communication skills, and a consistent high level of customer care and responsiveness
