**Hourly Rate**: £13.26 - £17.96
- The advertised hourly rate includes a supplement (JWC) to the base grade of the post. JWC supplements are conditional on the physical demands and /or working conditions of the role._

**Location**: Shepherds Lodge, Barrow-in-Furness

**Available Hours**: 22, 27 and 29 hours per week

We support adults with learning and physical disabilities and strive to promote their emotional and physical wellbeing while encouraging the development of personal growth, depending on their individual needs and wishes.
You will work with the wider team to develop and implement individually tailored care programmes for each Service User. These include providing personal care and where possible, encouraging users to achieve a certain level of independence through activities and guidance, whilst ensuring that support needs are met with dignity and respect.
No two days are the same at Shepherd’s Lodge and our team works hard to provide effective, individually catered, person centred support. The nature of the service and the role means that you will be required to work days, evenings, alternate weekends, and bank holidays.
