As part of our Property team, you will provide administrative and clerical support to the Director of Property Assets & Estate and the wider team.
As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Undertaking data input for relevant IT systems, spreadsheets and other documentation, taking ownership for the accuracy and timeliness of inputting.
- Providing management support on day to day issues arising across the retail estate.
- Acting as a point of contact for 3rd Party suppliers dealing with queries relating to contracts, projects or process requirements.
- Undertaking some data management and analysis as required with our 3rd party suppliers.
- Arranging all travel to ensure all team are on site for business requirements.
- Raising and tracking Purchase Orders where necessary using SAP system.
- Working with Finance to ensure suppliers are paid within their terms and keep local records of payments.
- Assisting in scheduling critical events, undertaking diary management and ensuring key actions within the team are completed in a timely manner.
- Updating all Head Office systems where appropriate, keeping all HR information for the relevant Director up-to-date for the team, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Providing reports as necessary from the systems in place.
- Arranging for necessary documentation relating to property, liaising with external suppliers where necessary
You will have:
- Relevant experience, preferably with a large complex organisation
- Excellent IT skills in Microsoft Office and other standard software
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic knowledge of budgeting and finance processes
- Basic commercial acumen
- GCSE passes in Maths and English
