We are seeking a motivated and compassionate **Community Services Coordinator** to oversee and deliver direct support to individuals impacted by a cancer diagnosis. In this exciting and dynamic role, you will coordinate and support a team of complementary therapists and support volunteers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services across various Clan Wellbeing Centres and outreach bases throughout the Grampian region.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Direct Support**: Provide practical and emotional support to individuals affected by cancer, guiding them to appropriate services and resources.
- **Therapist and Volunteer Coordination**: Lead a team of complementary therapists and support volunteers, ensuring they are motivated, working to Clan’s values and providing excellent support to clients.
- **Service Delivery**: Oversee and support the delivery of Clan’s listening and support service, complementary therapy sessions and other services offered by Clan Cancer Support, ensuring high standards are maintained.
- **Outreach**: Regularly travel across the Grampian region to deliver support from Clan Wellbeing Centres and outreach bases, ensuring the smooth running of services and addressing any local needs.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, service providers, and community organisations to build and strengthen referral pathways.
- **Administrative Support**: Keep accurate records, track service delivery, and ensure that feedback is captured to help improve services via our client pathway.

**Essential Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience in a community services role, ideally within health and social care, charity, or volunteer coordination.
- Strong understanding of the emotional, psychological, and practical needs of people affected by cancer.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage a diverse team of therapists and volunteers.
- Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and travel across the Grampian region as needed.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels.
- Full, clean driving license, as travel across the region is required.

We are recruiting for **1 permanent post** and **1 maternity cover post of up to 52 weeks.**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Temporary

Pay: £17,777.76 per year

Expected hours: 28 per week

Additional pay:
