About Our Team
As one of the core strategy groups, our team is responsible for strategy for TikTok LIVE, a business with strong momentum and great potential. Our goal is to act as business leaders' thought partner and drive business growth through internal & external analysis, resource allocation & cross-functional and regional alignment.

**Responsibilities**:

- This role will be interacting closely with Europe Operations teams and other product/cross-function teams to understand external & internal dynamics, shape strategic direction, and implement key initiatives to drive sustainable growth.
- The ultimate objective for this role is to support business decision making and ensure commercial success. Day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to qualitative research, quantitative analysis, tracking & reporting, commercial term design, new project incubation & implementation, cross-functional orchestration, etc.
- Location: Beijing/Shanghai/Shenzhen/London.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of strategic and analytical experience at leading internet companies or consulting / research / investment firms with practical mindset and strong problem solving capabilities.

- Passionate about global online pan-entertainment industries (e.g. live streaming, social, gaming...), first-hand experience is a plus.
- Deep thinker with sharp mind and curiosity.
- Strong quantitative skills, proficiency with SQL is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, can effectively handle cross-team collaboration, highly responsible, independent and resilient.
- Studied/worked in Europe is a plus.
