- Provide excellent customer service and address patient concerns
- ** Treatment Planning**:

- Assist dentists in explaining treatment plans to patients
- Answer questions about treatment options, costs, and financing
- Coordinate treatment plans and referrals
- ** Financial Management**:

- Process insurance claims and handle patient payments
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Manage practice revenue and expenses

**Qualifications**:

- Dental assisting experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in dental software and technology
- A positive and can-do attitude
