We require a dedicated Hands On Experienced accounts office admin assistant to join our small but expanding accounts & payment processing team duties to include but are not limited to:
Full Time & Part Time Opportunities
- Order and sales invoice processing
- Payment processing on Barclay card online terminal
- Payment processing with Bacsetc
- Data Input
- Customer Service
- Verbal & Written Communication skills
- Understanding of VAT & Import Export rules
- Reliable Timekeeping / Attendance

Ideal applicant will come from the Banking & Finance Industry or held a similar job in either mail order or motor industry environment
You will be responsible for sales and order processing office, ensuring all company policies and procedures are followed
You must have a deep understanding of payment processing, address verification and payment fraud rules and above all you must have initiative and common sense plus excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer Service, after sales and our customers financial security is our top priority
