We are seeking an accomplished Executive Assistant to support our CEO and senior leadership team. This role is part-time (circa 25 hours/week) Monday to Friday, with a comprehensive benefits package and a great working environment.

Driver Require is a specialist supplier of professional commercial temporary drivers; an award-winning multi-million-pound business, serving haulage clients across the Home Counties and East Midlands, following a philosophy based on trust, professionalism, compliance, and outstanding customer service. We are dedicated to adding value to our drivers and clients, and raising standards in an industry where drivers are traditionally regarded as commodities and agencies as untrustworthy.

Over the past 20 years we have grown from a small local operator to become a significant regional player with a 35-strong team.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the role comprises:

- **Personal Assistant to the CEO**:

- **Senior Leadership Team and Board Support**: Coordinate and minute meetings & events; arrange travel & accommodation
- **HR Administration & Support**: administer Company HR platform & personnel files; provide first-line HR support and coordinate legal advice; assist with staff recruitment; coordinate engagement, on-boarding and induction of new team members; coordinate and track performance reviews, capability development and training; promote staff well-being: administer the company healthcare scheme and roll out well-being programme; manage staff recognition programme: celebrate staff anniversaries, birthdays and other significant events
- **Marketing Support**: coordinate awards ceremony attendance; coordinate printing requirements; assist with ordering and distributing sales collateral, merchandise, PPE and uniform, and manage stock
- **Operations Support**: administer rental contracts; assist with insurance renewal & claim tracking; coordinate/administer professional accreditations and professional memberships
- **IT and Telecoms support**: support CEO with arranging IT and Telecoms external support; order IT hardware and mobile phones
- Have excellent organisational, time management and administrative skills
- Be assertive and an excellent communicator with exemplary diplomatic skills
- Operate with high integrity and demand the highest standards at all times
- Be numerate, have excellent literacy skills and good IT skills
- Experience as an HR assistant would be valuable, as would be a CIPD Level 3 qualification
- Event and conference management experience would be an advantage

This role could develop into a full-time role as the company grows.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: £34,000.00-£36,000.00 per year

- A-Level or equivalent (required)
