**This is the job**:
As Accounts Receivable Administrator, you will ensure the timely processing of Sales Invoices to Third Party Insurers and allocation of cash against those invoices, providing excellent customer service to all internal and external customers.
**What will I be doing?**:
- Raise sales invoices as required in a timely and accurate manner with the necessary backup in the appropriate Finance systems. Ensure proper authorisation in accordance with departmental guidelines
- Allocate cash receipts to claims/debtors in a timely and accurate manner.
- Receive, investigate and promptly resolve supplier, customer and internal-AA queries, providing advice and guidance, and taking action as required.
- Investigate and resolve issues identified via standard reporting.
- Help maintain the business-customer relationship through effective working with internal business and finance areas, and via the always-efficient administration and payment of accounts.
