We are looking for a dedicated and organised Planning and Logistics Administrator to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in supporting our external operations.
Role Purpose: As a Planning and Logistics Administrator, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling work while liaising with external teams and customers. Your role will involve problem-solving, maintaining efficient work schedules, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and maintain order work schedules to ensure maximum efficiency for external teams.
- Collaborate with the external support team to provide high-quality service and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Provide administrative support to the Head of External Operations.
- Work on computer systems such as Moraware, ensuring data accuracy.
- Maintain departmental filing, scanning, and job satisfaction notes.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience in logistics or planning.
- Proven background in customer service with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in basic office computer software, particularly spreadsheets.
- Strong organisational skills with a methodical approach to workload.
- Calm and effective under pressure with strong problem-solving abilities.
