We are creating a new team to deliver our planned component replacement projects, cyclical works and to deliver the net carbon zero targets centred around a fabric first approach to whole house retrofit.
We are now looking for several Asset Delivery Managers to join our Asset Management Delivery Department and support the delivery of our ambitious net carbon zero targets and projects on a permanent, full-time basis.
**The Benefits**:

**The Role**
As an Asset Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects and ensuring an exceptional service is provided for our customers.
Managing the contractor relationship from tendering through to project completion, you’ll prepare schedules of work and conduct supervisory site visits. You’ll ensure that projects are delivered to the agreed standard, on time and within budget.
You’ll also lead on the delivery of our carbon reduction strategy, delivering a range of low carbon retrofit projects to support a fabric first approach to a whole house retrofit.
Additionally, you will:

- Ensure that all projects are delivered in compliance with our project management methodology
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
- Review and develop contract specifications
- Provide advice regarding asset management delivery
- Ensure adherence to Health & Safety requirements
**About You**
To be considered as an Asset Delivery Manager, you will need:

- Experience of successful project management of service providers
- Experience in the successful management of all aspects of sub-contract and suppliers’ procurement
- Experience as a Project Manager within a Housing / Built environment
- The ability to manage energy capital projects through the project management lifecycle
- Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation relating to management of housing and the construction industry, including CDM and HHSRS
- An understanding of programme planning, project management and cost control principles
- A qualification in APM Project Management, RICS Certificate in Construction Project Management, Prince 2 OR HNC/HND in construction management (or equivalent)
- A CIOB / CIH / RICS equivalent qualification in related property surveying
- To hold or be willing to work towards an SMSTS qualification and PAS2035 Retrofit Co-ordinator qualification
- A full, valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Above all, you will have experience working within an asset management discipline with proven track record of successful delivery projects. You will have a positive can do attitude with excellent customer service skills leading to high levels of customer satisfaction.You will be able to communicate effectively, with commercial acumen and good budget management skills.
