Heckmondwike, United Kingdom TOG24 Full time

TOG24 stands for “Truth Over Glory Everyday”. We’re not about the “Glory” side of the outdoors; planting flags on mountains or skiing down sheer ice walls, we’re about the “True” outdoors that everybody can be involved with; walking with friends to the pub or skiing with the family to a bar.

As a leading UK family-owned outdoor lifestyle brand with its roots firmly based in Yorkshire we are looking for exceptional talent that shares our traditional home grown values.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a HR & Training Assistant to join our HR Team in Heckmondwike.

Hours of work are to be discussed at interview, however it is expected that contracted hours will be between 25 and 34 per week, Monday to Friday, with some home working possible after successful completion of probation.

The position would suit an experienced, confidential administrator with an interest in beginning or developing a career in Human Resources. The main purpose of the role would be in the administering of our benefits and training platforms and providing advice to managers and employees on the same. There will also be a requirement to provide cover for the HR Assistant so all aspects of department operations will be learnt.

Our benefits include:

- A comprehensive induction to life at TOG24 and ongoing development with our in house e-learning system

- Up to 70% staff discount on our amazing TOG24 products
