**The day to day**:
- Providing support to the HR Generalist Manager and other Managers, varied and fast-paced workload.
- Maintaining the personnel filing systems and databases.
- Providing support and relationship building with our internal and external stakeholders.
**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
- Previous experience in a HR administration role ideally within the engineering/manufacturing sector, however this isn’t a deal breaker.
- Strong IT skills (MS Office) and excellent spoken/written English skills.
- Able to work in a busy and fast paced environment.
- Ability to work within a team, but also on individual tasks.
- An organized approach to all tasks.
**This role will focus on**:
- Providing general HR administrative support to managers in the business and the HR team.
- Maintaining the personnel filing systems and databases.
- Assisting with recruitment processes, (posting job vacancies, coordinating interviews and onboarding).
- Maintaining ADP - processing starters and leavers.
- General filing and scanning.
- Issuing return to work paperwork and Bradford factor reports to managers when required.
- Creation of induction packs.
- Monitoring of trackers - agency workers, probationary periods, paternity/maternity, disciplinary and employee referrals.
- Minuting meetings when required.
- Other ad-hoc duties.

- **Qualifications**
**Essential**
- GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths
**Desirable**
- Level 3 Business Administration or CIPD L3
- **Knowledge and Skills**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Computer literate
- Polite manner

- Have a neat and organised approach to work
- Friendly and approachable
