We are a rapidly expanding Plumbing, Heating and Electrical company who are seeking to recruit an Electrical Administrator.
Our offices are based in Sutton in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire.
You will be expected to:
- Maintain databases by entering new and updated information.
- Input Electrical Certification data & complete Part P notifications.
- Input material orders and liaise with suppliers on deliveries.
- Organise contract documentation.
- Arrange appointments with customers & answer / screen incoming calls.
- Provide general support to other members of the company
- IT skills essential
- Experience of working accurately and effectively with mínimal supervision
- Experience of working under pressure
- Basic electrical / electrical product knowledge
This role would suit an individual who is conscientious, a reliable team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Salary will be starting from national minimum wage.
Working hours will be 8.30am to 4.00pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break, but part time may be considered, and hours could be negotiable.
