If the answer is yes to the above then we want to hear from you Our hugely successful JLRDealership in Sidcup are looking to attract some new cohorts of Apprentices for their Service AdvisorApprentice programmes.
Service Advisors are key to the Dealerships success and exceptional levels of customer service to those customer bring their vehicles to our Service Departments.
The Apprenticeship is geared toward training the next generation of fully-fledged super stars.
We offer a superb opportunity to the right person who is able to demonstrate an aptitude to learn and a keenness to develop a rewarding career within the Automotive industry.
**YOUR DEVELOPMENT**
This position will be part of the national apprentice scheme, so you will also be working towards your level 2 and level 3 NVQ in customer service. This is two-year apprentice scheme, with basic salary in line with the government recommended salary for ayear one, and year two apprentice.
A typical working week could be 40 hours Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm, however each of our Retailers will have different requirements.
All learners will be required to work the minimum apprenticeship duration of 30 hours per week. At least 20% of your working hours will be allocated to 'off-the-job' training.
**ENTRY REQUIREMENT**
**Age: **16+
Standard Grades 1-4 and Intermediates are also accepted.
