Located in Sidcup, with an annual turnover of £22m, Tropical Blinds is one of the UK's leading window blind manufacturers, supplying an extensive range of interior window blind products to the blind trade.

Due to the continued growth of our established and thriving business, we are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Customer Services Department.

**Position**: Customer Service Advisor

**Location**: Sidcup, Kent

**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8.45am to 5pm (38.75 hours per week)

**Contract Type**: Full Time and Permanent

Your main office duties will include:
- Telephone communication, faxing, filing and liaising with our factory.

Training will be provided on our in-house computer system for entering orders and general business practices. Once training is completed, you will then proceed to our customer services department where you will need to work autonomously as part of a team to ensure daily duties are completed efficiently and effectively. You will be required to use a range of communication methods to ensure that customer enquiries and complaints are resolved at the first point of contact.

- Have good attention to detail
- GCSE English and Maths

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,762.00 per year
