Our Community Service Centre in Sidcup is currently looking for a new Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly team. NRS Healthcare is the UKs leading provider of Community Equipment Services, we deliver complete end-to-end services through all stages of equipment provision and recycling, within the healthcare sector.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who can help us in our mission to improve peoples quality of life and independence every day. Our services allow people to remain in their homes, preventing the need for them to stay in hospital for any longer than is necessary, allowing the NHS to deliver frontline care where it is needed most.

Our Customer Service Advisors are a pivotal part of the success of the service we provide. From arranging deliveries and collections of equipment with service users to answering inbound calls from Service Users and Occupational Therapists, your role as a Customer Service Advisor will be varied.

As well as assisting Service Users, you will also liaise with the Community Equipment Technicians to ensure the service runs smoothly. As well as this you'll also be responsible providing excellent customer service to our Service users and resolving any issues in an efficient and timely matter.

This role requires strong computer skills and previous experience in customer service roles.

Our Service Centre is based in Sidcup, but we provide equipment across the whole of London. Full training will be provided as a part of this role.

Shift patterns for this role will be Monday Saturday, 5 days out 6, with shifts between 8am and 8pm on a rotational basis.

Most importantly, you'll have the necessary care and compassion required to ensure our Service runs smoothly, so our Service users receive the best possible customer service.
