Proactive Roofing Solutions is a leading installer and provider of energy efficient roofing solutions for both the domestic retrofit and new build markets.

In order to meet the needs of our customers in the South East, we are looking for the next sales star to join our already successful team. We are especially looking for surveyors to cover the following postcodes: GU, RG, SL, KT, CR, SM, UB, BR, SW & TW and all of London.

If you have been involved in home improvement sales or building project management, this could be the opportunity for you. It would also appeal to you if you have green credentials and are interested in energy saving measures.

**You will**:

- Be a motivated and passionate self-starter, with a technical aptitude and the ability to take ownership of designs from concept to creation.
- Have a strong desire to succeed.
- Be smart and professional. After all, you will be the one who sets the first impression of the company.
- Experience in face-to-face selling, especially to homeowners, would be an advantage. But not essential, as full training provided for the right applicants.
- Great attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn new skills and represent our business in a professional manner.
- Good IT Skills required, Word, Excel, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate ideas that inspire, inform and captivate the Customer.
- Good problem-solving skills, able to identify cost efficient solutions to problems.
- Be solutions focused with good commercial acumen.
- Own smartphone and computer with good internet access.
- Be able to work from home with a good working environment.
- Have a full driving licence.
