RPS Water Operations requires additional Assistant Drainage Operatives to join our waste-water network team based out of Irlam. Working with waste-water operations, you will be part of a site survey crew to gather data across above and below-ground sewer assets. You will ensure the safe entry and exit of our Survey Operatives into a confined space to safeguard their wellbeing during survey operations.

This is a permanent role working day shifts Monday to Friday, based in the Irlam area. for immediate start. **What you’ll be doing**
- Ensuring the safety of our Survey Operatives
- Moving heavy manhole covers
- Following instructions from your crew leader
- Being alert and monitoring the safety of your team members whilst they are underground

**Who we’re looking for?**
- Able to follow instructions
- Willing to work in all weather conditions
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- A flexible approach to working hours.
- Physically able to undertake all duties required (lifting/carrying etc.)
- Commitment to working safely with good health and safety awareness
- Basic written, verbal, numerical and IT skills
- Full UK driving licence (preferable)

Please note mandatory drug and alcohol tests are undertaken for this role
