The Lanes Group needs Drainage Assistants to join our Operational Teams out there on the front line, to join our growing depot operational network.
**About the Role**:
- Location: Eccles, Manchester
- Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week
- Salary: £12.25 - £14.00 per hour dependant on experience

**Responsibilities**
- working as part of a two-person team, assisting an experienced engineer to operate our high specification Jet/ Vac and CCTV units. Your projects will include any number of drainage related issues, both reactive and planned.
- Although you start at the depot, you will be mobile attending to all work activities, within various work sectors, including industrial, rail, utility, commercial, residential.
**Working Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week (7.00am-4.30pm), being flexible is important as you may be required to start earlier due to travel.**
**About you**:
- You may already have previous experience working in the drainage or water industry, but this is not essential as full training will be given.
- You will hold a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
- An in date CSCS card would be an advantage but not essential.
- You will be expected to comply with all Group Health Safety and Environmental compliance, full Training with be provided as part of a Group Induction Training package.
- As The Lanes Group operate 24/7, 365 days a year, there may be early starts, weekend working and an out-of-hours call-out rota, for which overtime rates will apply.
