We are looking for a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You’ll be working full time hours, on a mixed shift pattern across days, evenings, nights and weekends. Working to make a difference to our residents lives at The Squirrels in the Chilworth area of Southampton
The Squirrels is a 9 bed specialist residential service for adults with autism and who may present with behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective care environment for those in our care, promoting independence and communityintegration.

Your day-to-day
- Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
- Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
- Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
- Assist with medical & welfare needs
- Report on medical & welfare needs as required
- Safeguard
- Maintain a safe, clean environment for all

- Due to location a valid driving licence and access to a car would be advantageous but not essential
