We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic **Helpdesk Operator **based in** Swindon**, who will work in partnership with a high-profile blue light service organisation to provide excellent customer service to customers and suppliers on the property help desk.

Working under the guidance of the Helpdesk Team Leader you will provide support regarding maintenance/cleaning across buildings on the client’s site and be responsible for the following:

- Stakeholder Management
- Relay information to maintenance teams and monitor planned and reactive maintenance performance, identify areas for improvement, and take remedial action for timely task completion.

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday on a rotational 4 days on 4 days off shift pattern which will be;
- 4 lates (1.30pm to 10pm)
- 4 off
- 4 earlies (6.30am - 3pm)
- 4 off
- 4 nights (10pm to 6.30am)
- 4 off
- 4 nights (10om to 6.30am)
- 4 off
