**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Convert vans into customised vehicles according to client specifications and design plans.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during the conversion process.
- Weld components as needed to ensure structural integrity and durability.
- Assemble various parts and systems within the van, including electrical, plumbing, and interior fittings.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment used in the conversion process.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Lift heavy materials and components as required during the conversion process.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients throughout the conversion process.

**Skills**
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in van conversions or similar fields.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for electrical and mechanical systems.
- Experience in equipment repair and maintenance is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction.
- Capability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.

Pay: From £15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus scheme

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
