**Salary**: £26,000 pa

We are delighted to be able to offer the rare opportunity to join the Van Monster team as a Vehicle Appraiser. Here at Van Monster, we pride ourselves on being commercial vehicle experts and we are incredibly proud of our reputation for being able to source all shapes and sizes of vans for our customers.

**Role Overview**

You will process and upload all available Northgate/Auxillis trade and vendor vehicles for sale and will be responsible for accurate assessment and condition of the vehicle, identifying all damage and capturing all images.

You will be responsible for accurate visual and audible assessment relating to the Assist40 procedure and for identifying any defects on the Assist40.

You will be compliant with all Van Monster standards, policies and procedures and will deliver good customer service consistently to all current and potential customers when handing vehicles over.

You will ensure all vehicles are photographed without customer logos and are cleaned and free from rubbish to the necessary standard, be responsible for reporting day-to-day arrivals, number of daily uploads and vehicle handovers and ensure all vehicles are parked and secured in yards.

**About you**
- Good customer service and organisational skills.
- Be able to work under pressure
- Possess a full driving licence
