Fleet Maintenance Coordinator

**Job Description**: **About the role**: **Europcar Australia has an exciting opportunity for a**Maintenance Coordinator**to join our Fleet team in a**full time capacity**based in**Head Office, Tullamarine Victoria.**: **Reporting to the Head of Fleet, this role is responsible for supporting Roadside service to our customer network across Australia and New Zealand, and providing administrative support to the On Road Support team in their daily activities.**: **Some of the key responsibilities include**: - **Support Roadside service to customer network across AU & NZ**: - **Support call handling KPIs for Roadside service with maximum customer service in mind**: - **Support effective use of Manufacturer Roadside service and working as required with manufacturer for improvement**: - **Assist with Fleet Audits for locations as necessary**: - **Support in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures as necessary**: - **Coordinate the compilation of operational reports as required**: - **Provide exceptional customer service in line with and to drive national NPS targets**: - **Support the management of out of service units and expedite their return to service to best position the business to meet utilisation and revenue targets**: - **Maintain and control the damage portal as required**: **To be considered for this position you should possess**: - **Minimum 12 months’ experience in either fleet or frontline operational role**: - **Background in car rental / travel and tourism industry is desirable**: - **Mechanical awareness is preferred**: - **Business qualification or related qualification in logistics highly desirable**: - **Experience working with Greenway, Ataraxia & IPOS is advantageous**: - **Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)**: - **Exceptional customer service skills**: - **Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively**: - **Sound interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels**: - **Ongoing training and development**: - **Generous employee discounts including discounted car rental for staff, family and friends, Bupa health insurance, pet insurance, Accor and more**: - **Access to an international brand with opportunities to work nationally and globally**: - **Mental health and wellbeing initiatives, including access to Employee Assistance Program and the Calm App - the #1 app for mental fitness**: - **Great culture, working with an energetic, supportive and high performing team**: **Europcar Mobility Group** Europcar Mobility Group is a global mobility player, with 75 years of mobility services expertise and a leading position in Europe. _“We help to change the way you move” _is what we stand for and brings us together.
