Culina Group are looking to recruit for a Organisational Design and Reward Advisor.
As the Organisational Design & Reward Advisor you will support the formulation and implementation of our total reward strategy, ensuring we provide a total reward package that attracts, retains and motivates the right talent to establish and maintain a highperforming culture.
This is a great opportunity to work in a secure industry for a company that is constantly growing. With around 22,000 employees in multiple business units across the UK, there will be plenty of opportunity for a HR professional to grow and develop.
- Work closely with the Organisational Design and Reward Partner to implement and support the compensation and benefits strategy and processes
- Lead projects to sustain and further improve the reward offerings to our employees
- Support on the annual renewal process for all key benefits
- Be accountable for the data held by the Benefits function and ensure the benefit platform(s) are accessible across the Group
- Support on external projects such as Gender Pay reporting
- Lead on wellbeing programmes, campaigns, and initiatives across the Group
- Create and execute numerous communication strategies to ensure all staff are aware of the numerous benefits available
- Responsible for maintaining the Group Reward framework and grading structure for all business units
- Manage relevant external reward data benchmarking information to ensure that quality market information can be used when making remuneration decisions
- To provide data expertise and translation of the data from external annual compensation surveys, salary reviews, gender pay gap and equal pay reporting, benefits benchmarking and the monitoring of the Living Wage requirements and such other compensationreporting as appropriate
- Manage and support the annual pay review process accurately and effectively within budget constraints including delivery of company bonus and productivity incentive schemes and processes and recognition arrangements
- Identifying data set anomalies through practical use of and auditing of multiple systems to ensure data integrity
- Evaluate and grade roles new and existing roles in the business making sure they align to Culina’s Banding system.
- Review and maintain relationships with external suppliers of employee benefits and develop other non-cash reward initiatives and manage renewal dates of these benefits such as insurance and pension, and undertake provider reviews as appropriate.
**Qualifications**
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively with teams and senior mangers
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - both oral and written
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise own work as well as that work of others
- Understanding of Job Evaluation schemes
- Strong understanding of external trends and insights
- Strong numerical and advanced analytical and Excel skills
- Highly numerate, with an ability to interrogate and analyse data to shape insight.
- High level IT skills using MS Office - word, excel, power point and outlook
- Deep knowledge of total reward practices and approaches developed across a range of job roles.
- Experience within reward, compensation and benefits, including benchmarking activity
