**Are you an L&D Administrator/ Coordinator with digital platform experience and who is looking to drive engagement whilst supporting the ongoing development and administration of learning platforms?**

The learning and development coordinator will have responsibility for the coordination and administration of a range of learning and development activities and projects as directed by the learning and development partner as well as ensuring the developmentand maintenance of robust learning and development systems and processes. These will include managing corporate induction, training administration, performance development scheme arrangements, supporting the provision of management information and budget tracking.The role holder will be the first point of contact for learning and development queries and be responsible for all related administration, ensuring a get it right first-time ethos is adopted. Responsibilities will also include supporting the learning and developmentpartner in ensuring the development and maintenance of robust learning management systems and processes.

**We're looking for someone who**
- Has moderate experience of using learning platforms (LMS, LXP) and a technical mindset to quickly learn the ropes when it comes to our own platform
- Has experience of working in a busy environment & managing multiple priorities
- Is able to clean up and analyse data and present insights in a way that tells a story
- Is passionate about providing excellent customer service, stakeholder, and supplier relationships
- Has excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Is a self-starter mindset and able to proactively identify opportunities to improve solutions and ways of working

**Hybrid 3-4 days work from home per week.**
