HR Administrator, Bedford.
Up to £27,000 + Benefits
This is an office based role, 5 days a week.
We're working with a well-recognised and leading brand within the entertainment industry. They're looking for a HR Administrator to join the HR team at their head office in Bedford.
As HR Administrator you will:
- Provide administrative support to HR Business Partners including managing the confidential inbox and responding to queries
- Administer people changes throughout the business including promotions, pay changes, job title and location changes
- Administer the entire process of Maternity and Paternity leave for employees within the business.
- Regularly update the databases and spreadsheet including Budget, Movement tracker and Maternity/ Paternity tracker
- Manage and report on benefit platforms
- Assist with managing Applicant Tracking System
- Post internal communications for the business with the guidance of the Internal Communications Partner
- Audit personnel files in line with policies and procedures
- Assist with the on boarding of Internal promotions and external new starters
- Manage the entire referencing process
- Generate weekly reports on various activity
- Assist HR Director with ad-hoc projects
What are we looking for?
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confidentiality at all times
- Experience within an administration role, ideally within a HR/ People Team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong IT skills
- Experience using a HRIS and ATS
- CIPD Level 3 is desirable
