We are a thriving and dynamic real estate agency actively seeking driven individuals to become integral members of our team. As a pivotal team member, your responsibilities will include cultivating client relationships, negotiating deals, and overseeing the rental of properties.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients, both landlords and tenants.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating leads.
- Conduct property viewings, skillfully negotiate, and successfully close deals.
- Ensure comprehensive compliance for seamless tenant moves.
- Handle all administrative tasks related to tenant onboarding, including referencing and tenancy agreements.
- Accurately and efficiently complete all necessary paperwork.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an estate agent or in a similar sales role (preferred but not essential).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Possession of a full driving license and access to a vehicle.

Pay: £20,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
