**Facilities Operative - Mears FM**
- Permanent - Full time 40 Hours Per Week - Upto £20,592 per annum depending on experience _

**_This will be working around the Dingwall Area off the Highlands._**

**What we are looking for**:
You will report into the facilities manager and be responsible for a diverse range of duties such as; cleaning, general site maintenance, ground maintenance and ensuring the site is always kept safe and secure at all times.

**What you need to have**:

- Full UK Driving experience
- Previous FM experience
- Determined ‘can-do’ attitude, positive views when faced with challenges and have a flexible approach towards hours and tasks.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Awareness of L8 Legionellosis
