Title: Operations Manager Type: Permanent Hours: Full Time (5 days from 7 includes some weekends) Location: Inverness Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 Details: Our Inverness based client is looking to appoint an experienced Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing various areas of the organisation including events & hospitality, recruitment & training, stock control and administration. This is a full time role 40 hours per week and there will be a requirement for weekend work in line with events and hospitality.The Role Overseeing daily operations and ensuring customer satisfaction by coordinating staff, implementing policies, and maintaining facilities. Key duties include staff supervision and training, events management, overseeing the facility and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Key responsibilities Staff and team management: Supervise, train, and develop staff across various departments (e.g., front office, housekeeping, F&B, events). Foster a positive and accountable work environment. Operational oversight: Ensure the smooth execution of daily activities and events. Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures. Coordinate maintenance and repairs for facilities and equipment. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations. Guest and customer satisfaction: Ensure high-quality service delivery to meet customer expectations. Administration and Finance: Ordering stock. Assisting with budgeting. Accurate record keeping. Essential skills Leadership and team management. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving and analytical skills. Financial and business acumen. Customer service excellence.
