**Reporting to: Marketing and Communications Director**

100AND10% is a full-service marketing agency that works for a large client base across a number of sectors that includes sport, health and fitness, advanced engineering, technology and education.

We develop integrated marketing strategies for our clients and have a dedicated team of communications specialists, designers, digital marketers and web developers to activate these plans. We currently have an exciting, new opportunity for an energetic, proactive individual to take on the role of Senior Copywriter and join our young, dynamic team.

This role will work across a wide range of clients, creating content for different platforms and audiences. Understanding each client's unique tone of voice and brand positioning is essential; no two clients are the same, and it will be the responsibility of our Senior Copywriter to immerse themselves in each business/project to deliver content aligned to core objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

- Creation of long and short form copy aligned to a client's tone of voice, ensuring key messaging and project objectives are met
- Management of full copywriting process, including research and fact-finding, origination of content, proofreading and client feedback / sign off
- Building relationships with key clients and working with them day-to-day
- Working against a set of deliverables with the need to prioritise workflows and understand lead times to hit agreed deadlines
- Collaborating successfully with colleagues including graphic designers, digital marketing, video and web teams
- Communicating with clients to discuss projects and progress, and provide updates as part of good practice account / client management
- A minimum of three years’ previous agency experience in a copywriting, communications or marketing role
- Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills, with an exceptional eye for detail, and the skills to write creative, engaging copy appropriate for the chosen channel and audience
- Knowledge of the marketing mix and its deployment with experience in working on engaging marketing campaigns
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects with multiple deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written and understand the importance of both good team communication as well as good client communication
- Capable of maintaining strong personal relationships with colleagues, clients and suppliers
- A positive attitude to their work which means they are prepared to occasionally travel and work unsociable hours to ensure projects are successfully completed
- A positive, proactive, can-do attitude to their work and a determination to succeed for the client, the company and themselves

The role is flexible in terms of location. Our office is based in Wokingham (Berkshire) but we encourage and promote flexible, hybrid working to include working from home as well as times in the office.

There is also some travel involved to occasionally meet clients in person and support the client - agency relationship.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
