**Job Summary**
We are looking for an experienced administration assistant to join our friendly team in a family run business working alongside the sales and merchandising team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth office operations and providing exceptional support to our staff.

**Responsibilities**

The role includes, but is not limited to:

- Monitoring stock movement
- Processing orders
- Invoicing orders
- Answering the phone
- Updating reports
- All admin tasks required

**Requirements**:
We are looking for somebody who:

- Has previous experience working in an office-based role (essential), minimum 2 years preferred)
- Has the ability to organise and prioritise their own workload ensuring that deadlines are met
- Has the ability to multitask efficiently whilst working on their own initiative
- Has an excellent telephone manner
- Is flexible and willing to go the extra mile
- Enjoys working as part of a team but also has the ability to work independently
- Is enthusiastic, confident and happy to work in a fast paced environment

Hours of work would be:
Mon-Thurs 8am-4.30pm

Fri
- 8am-3pm

Pay: From £25,025.00 per year
