The Telemarketing Company is expanding rapidly, and we’re looking for passionate, confident individuals to join our telemarketing team
This is a fantastic opportunity for students or individuals seeking extra hours in the evenings and on Saturdays, with the possibility of overtime during certain months.

**Key Details**:

- Contract: Temporary (Fixed Term)
- Duration: 2nd June to 30th September, with the potential for extension based on business needs
- Hours: 22 hours per week
- Monday to Friday: 5pm to 8pm
- Saturday: 9am to 5pm (mandatory)
- There may be flexibility to reduce weekday hours with line manager approval (minimum of 3 weekdays).
- Overtime: Potentially available during July, August, and September

**Training**:

- Mandatory: 1 week of classroom training from 10am to 4pm at the end of May
- Location: Office-based in Central Brighton (East Sussex)

**Salary**: £12.60 per hour

**Your Role**:

- Handle inbound customer queries
- Respond to customer complaints via phone
- Accurately enter and update customer data
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist in resolving concerns with manager support when needed
- Stay informed about products and services, ensuring up-to-date knowledge
- A professional telephone manner
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- A-levels or higher academic qualifications
- Previous telesales experience is advantageous
- Reliable and able to fulfill the agreed hours
